The hotel offers amazing meal in the morning with fresh vegetables, sushi and also Chinese food. The venue provides a fantastic service. The staff is consistently courteous, that's an advantage.

The location was good, for example, Kusatsakogen Golf Course was not too far away from the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious.

Their staff were a bit rude.

Location: the hotel was close to in the centre of town, a cliff overlooking a river, almost in the middle of the forest and the Yubatake. Furthermore, willing to take you to the town center. The rooms were well furnished and comfy with smoke detectors for our safety. The morning meal was wonderful with fresh vegetables, Chinese food and sushi...

Warm and cosy log cabins, delicious buffet meals, excellent Onsen, variety of activities, helpful English-speaking staff, good value for money.

The resort had lots of activities to pass the time, including a great selection of food to choose from. The location was also perfect, as we were surrounded by lush nature and had beautiful scenery all around, making it a truly relaxing experience. We were impressed with the excellent amenities that were offered, including tennis, skiing, and hiking--there was something for everyone!
